Beginner-Intermediate Flow: 1

All you need for this practice is confidence and patience. Even if you are new to yoga, believe that you can do this work.

Don't be afraid to fall or lose your balance, that is part of the practice and that is part of life.

The ability is in your blood you just have to believe you can do it. I believe in you.

Take your time and breaks as needed and we will grow in our practice together.
