At the center of the SWT wellness practice is faith in God. Growing up in church and a child of ministry, Steven was positioned for pastorship, through self reflection he realized the pulpit wasn’t the platform he was meant to heal people through, movement is his ministry. Faith is the most important part of Steven’s wellness practice because he believes faith is the substance that makes change effective.
